Before real estate, Andrea spent years in business development and executive marketing, building processes for other people's companies. When she founded The Estate Collective, she built it the same way: a plan on one page, a brand with rules, a client experience written down before the first client arrived, and a calendar that decides the week before the phone does.
The Atelier exists because most agents never get handed any of that. The industry teaches how to pass an exam and then how to want it badly enough. It does not teach the six documents that separate a job from a business.
